Summary
This study tested whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) after hip surgery can help control pain. Seventy adults who had hip arthroscopy used a VR headset in the recovery room and rated their pain and anxiety. The goal was to see if VR could be a helpful addition to standard pain medicines.
