Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset during labor can help reduce pain and anxiety and improve the childbirth experience. About 92 pregnant women will be randomly assigned to either use VR with calming scenes and music or receive standard care. Researchers will compare pain scores, anxiety levels, and satisfaction between the two groups.
