Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality can help reduce depression in teenage girls. About 48 girls aged 13 to 18 with mild to moderate depression will use VR and fill out questionnaires about their mood and quality of life. The goal is to see if VR can be a helpful, drug-free way to improve mental health.
