VR goggles beat anxiety during heart scans, study finds

This study tested whether using virtual reality (VR) goggles during a heart procedure called coronary angiography could help patients feel less anxious and more comfortable. 64 adults having the procedure for the first time were included. The results suggest that VR can reduce stress and improve satisfaction without medication.
