NCT ID NCT07287605

First seen Dec 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether watching a virtual reality (VR) video can lower anxiety in people about to undergo a brain procedure (MRgFUS) for severe hand tremors. About 60 adults will be randomly assigned to watch one of two VR videos before their treatment. Researchers will measure their anxiety levels using questionnaires to see if the VR experience helps them feel more relaxed.
