Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality for exercise can help reduce lower back and pelvic pain in women after childbirth. About 34 new mothers with this type of pain will be randomly assigned to either a virtual reality exercise program or a traditional one. The main goal is to see if the VR approach leads to less pain and better recovery.
