Can virtual training fix mealtime misery in nursing homes?
NCT ID NCT07505407
Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual training program for long-term care staff can improve the mealtime experience for residents. The program teaches staff how to make meals more social and enjoyable, which may help residents eat better and maintain a healthier weight. Researchers will measure changes in mealtime practices, food intake, and resident satisfaction over two years in 13-18 care homes.
