Home exercise program aims to lift spirits of Alzheimer's caregivers

Summary
This study tests whether a home-based virtual exercise program can reduce depression and anxiety in family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive 24 weeks of virtual group exercise sessions with provided equipment or join a waitlist group. The program is designed specifically for caregivers who struggle to leave home due to their caregiving responsibilities.
