Webinar vs. dietitian: could On-Demand videos be just as good for coeliac care?
NCT ID NCT07172555
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study compares a pre-recorded, on-demand webinar led by dietitians to traditional one-on-one appointments for adults newly diagnosed with coeliac disease. The goal is to see if the webinar helps patients learn to follow a gluten-free diet just as well as in-person or phone visits. Sixty participants will be split into two groups and will complete questionnaires and blood tests over six months. If successful, this approach could provide faster, more accessible dietary support for coeliac patients.
