What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
virtual coaching (telephone support for digital CBTi)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could show that adding a coach to a digital sleep program helps veterans sleep better and stick with the program.
What could go wrong
This is a completed study with 244 veterans, but results may not apply to everyone. Coaching may not improve sleep more than the digital program alone.
