Experimental drug cocktail tested for deadly brain cancers
NCT ID NCT05211336
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a combination of five existing drugs is safe for people with aggressive lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord. The trial will enroll about 14 adults whose cancer has returned after prior treatment or who cannot receive standard therapy. Researchers aim to see if patients can tolerate at least two months of this multi-drug regimen and if it helps control the cancer.
