Summary
This study tested whether a voice-activated personal assistant (like a smart speaker) could improve emotional well-being and reduce loneliness in 48 people with Parkinson's disease. Participants used the device at home for 8 weeks with training and support. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and helpful for managing daily life with Parkinson's.
