Summary

This study tests whether a daily pill called vorasidenib can delay tumor growth in people with a specific type of slow-growing brain tumor (IDH-mutant astrocytoma) after they finish standard radiation and chemotherapy. About 468 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither the patient nor the doctor will know which one is given. The goal is to see if the drug keeps the tumor from progressing longer than placebo.
