This study is testing whether a simple video camera can accurately measure vital signs like heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Researchers are collecting data from 94 healthy adults while they perform light tasks and exercise, comparing video readings against traditional medical sensors. The goal is to improve telemedicine by allowing doctors to remotely monitor patients' basic health signs during video appointments.
