Can vlogs bridge the gap to lifesaving HIV prevention?
NCT ID NCT06864689
Summary
This study aims to see if a series of video logs (vlogs) and tailored messages can encourage more Black women to start using HIV prevention medication (PrEP) and make their healthcare providers more willing to prescribe it. The research team will test this approach with about 78 participants, including eligible women and their doctors, in the Houston area. The goal is to find better ways to connect people with effective prevention tools.
