First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a simple vibration therapy applied to the calf muscles can reduce the intensity of restless legs syndrome (RLS) and improve sleep in people undergoing hemodialysis. Seventy participants will receive vibration therapy for 10 minutes per session, twice a week for one month, during their regular dialysis. Researchers will compare their RLS and sleep quality scores to those who do not receive the therapy.
