Vibration trick may boost knee recovery for athletes
NCT ID NCT07424066
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study explores whether gentle vibration on the hamstring tendons can improve how the knee moves and senses position. Researchers will test 35 healthy adults doing knee bends and extensions with and without vibration. The goal is to understand if this simple technique could later help athletes with ACL injuries regain better control and performance.
