Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called vibecotamab in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) whose cancer did not fully respond to standard treatments. The drug works by helping the immune system find and destroy cancer cells that carry a specific marker. The goal is to see if it can clear remaining cancer cells and improve outcomes.
