Summary
This study compares a single therapy (Transdiagnostic Behavior Therapy) to separate treatments for social anxiety and PTSD in 264 veterans. The goal is to see if one therapy can effectively reduce symptoms and improve daily life. Participants will be assessed before, during, and after treatment, with a 6-month follow-up.
