Summary
This study tests whether trained veteran peer navigators can help other veterans make informed choices about PSA screening for prostate cancer. About 228 male veterans aged 40-69 will receive decision coaching from a peer before their primary care visit. The goal is to reduce confusion and ensure screening decisions match each veteran's values and preferences.
