Summary
This pilot study is testing whether giving free produce boxes to Veterans with kidney disease and food insecurity can improve their health. Researchers will measure blood pressure and kidney function, and also interview participants about their experience. The study aims to see if this 'food as medicine' approach is practical and helpful for managing kidney disease.
