This study tested a new rocking chair prototype designed to stimulate the body's balance system (vestibular system) in 30 healthy adults. The goal was to see if the chair could make people consciously feel movement and trigger eye reflexes, which could help screen for balance problems that lead to falls in older adults. Researchers measured eye movements to confirm the stimulation worked.
