Summary

This study tested a new device called Incremental Velocity Error (IVE) to see if it improves dizziness treatment better than standard therapy. 24 adults with mild traumatic brain injury or inner ear problems took part. The device aims to boost the reflex that keeps your eyes steady when you move your head. The goal is to find a better way to help people with balance and dizziness issues.
