NCT ID NCT06239974
Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called vericiguat can improve blood flow in the small vessels of the heart and reduce chest pain. It involves 94 adults who have recurring chest pain but no major blockages in their main heart arteries. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either vericiguat or no medication, and doctors will use heart scans and questionnaires to see if the drug helps.
