Summary
This study tests whether the drug vericiguat can improve blood flow in the tiny vessels of the heart and reduce chest pain. About 94 adults aged 40-75 with stable chest pain but no major blockages will take the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if heart blood flow improves on special scans.
