Summary
This study tests whether the drug vericiguat can improve blood flow in the tiny vessels of the heart and reduce chest pain. It involves 94 adults aged 40-75 who have stable chest pain but no major blockages in their main heart arteries. Participants will receive either vericiguat or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes using heart scans and exercise tests.
