First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding verbal cues from a therapist to a 12-week exercise program helps breast cancer survivors undergoing radiation therapy. 34 women were split into two groups: one did exercises with verbal guidance, the other without. The goal was to see if the cues improved shoulder movement, reduced fatigue, and lowered stress. Results could help make rehab more effective for survivors.
