Morning breathing test could help ICU patients get off ventilators faster
NCT ID NCT06561295
Summary
This study aims to find the best time of day to perform breathing tests on ICU patients who are on ventilators. Researchers will compare whether doing these tests early in the morning versus later in the morning helps patients breathe on their own sooner and recover faster. The goal is to help patients get off ventilator support more quickly and safely.
