Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen can help children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to treatment. About 40 participants will receive the combination to see if it is safe and effective. The goal is to improve remission rates in this difficult-to-treat group.
