Summary
This study followed 120 older adults in Switzerland and Austria with acute myeloid leukemia who couldn't tolerate intensive chemotherapy. Researchers observed how well the approved drug Venetoclax worked in real-world settings, tracking survival rates and quality of life over two years. All participants received Venetoclax as prescribed by their doctors according to standard medical practice.
