New hope for rare leukemia: drug combo targets Cancer's survival protein

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding venetoclax (a drug that blocks a protein cancer cells need to survive) to a standard chemotherapy regimen is safe for adults aged 18–54 with a specific, hard-to-treat type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-like ALL). About 24 participants will receive the combination to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal is to see if this approach can be tolerated and help improve treatment for this aggressive leukemia.
