Summary
This pilot study looked at 20 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who cannot have strong chemotherapy. Researchers measured the amount of the drug venetoclax in the blood to see if it relates to how well the drug works and its side effects. The goal is to learn if personalized dosing could improve treatment for future patients.
