First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether placing thin covers (veneers) on the front teeth of children with a rare inherited enamel problem (amelogenesis imperfecta) can improve their quality of life. Twenty children aged 11 to 14 will receive veneers and be assessed before and one month after treatment using questionnaires about oral health, self-esteem, and appearance satisfaction. The goal is to see if early cosmetic treatment helps these children feel better about their smile and daily life.
