First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug vebreltinib to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced MET-positive non-squamous lung cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 300 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or chemotherapy alone. The goal is to see if the combination is more effective and safe.
