First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether electrical stimulation of the spinal cord could help widen narrowed brain arteries after a serious type of stroke called subarachnoid hemorrhage. Only one person was enrolled before the study was stopped early, so no clear conclusions can be drawn. The goal was to measure changes in blood flow using ultrasound and scans.
