First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new granule (powder) version of three cystic fibrosis drugs (vanzacaftor, tezacaftor, and deutivacaftor) in 34 healthy adults. The goal was to see how well the body absorbs the granule form, whether food changes its effects, and if different doses work as expected. Safety was also monitored. This study did not treat cystic fibrosis but gathered important information for future drug development.
