First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three drugs (venetoclax, azacitidine, and liposomal mitoxantrone) as a first treatment for adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this mix is safe and improves remission rates. About 30 participants will receive the therapy, followed by standard consolidation and possibly a stem cell transplant for high-risk cases.
