First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 42 times
Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether combining two drugs, valemetostat and atezolizumab, is safe as maintenance therapy for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. About 24 participants will receive different doses of valemetostat along with a standard dose of atezolizumab. The main goal is to find the best dose that causes few or mild side effects, and then to see if it helps keep the cancer from growing.
