Summary
This study tested a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear (vagus nerve) to help men with premature ejaculation. 102 men received either real or sham stimulation for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if it improves sexual function and heart rate balance. The approach is drug-free and easy to use at home.
