Ear zaps aim to soothe Men's pelvic pain

Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can reduce pain and urinary symptoms in men with moderate to severe chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome. 68 participants will receive either real or sham stimulation for 4 weeks, with follow-up for 8 more weeks. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage this long-term condition.
