Summary
This study tested whether using a vaginal dilator after brachytherapy for cervical cancer improves sexual function, self-compassion, and quality of life. Eighty women completed surveys at 1, 4, and 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this simple tool can ease treatment side effects.
