Summary
This early-phase study tests a DNA vaccine made from patients' own cancer cells to help their immune system attack lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, a rare blood cancer. Nine participants with asymptomatic disease will receive the vaccine to find the safest dose and see if it boosts cancer-fighting immune cells. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing management may still be needed.
