Summary
This early-stage trial tests a DNA vaccine made from patients' own cancer cells to treat lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, a rare blood cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the vaccine can boost the immune system to attack cancer cells. Nine participants with early, symptom-free disease are being studied.
