Eye fluid clues could revolutionize uveitis treatment

NCT ID NCT07262437

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether proteins in eye fluid can help doctors choose the right immunosuppressive drug for people with non-infectious uveitis, a type of eye inflammation. About 220 participants who haven't responded well to steroids will have their eye fluid tested for 14 different markers. The goal is to see if these markers can predict which drug will work best for each person.
