New drug cocktail targets advanced cervical cancer after other treatments fail

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, Utidelone and Toripalimab, in people with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer whose cancer has worsened after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 32 participants will receive the drugs intravenously in 21-day cycles, and their tumors will be checked every 6 weeks. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the cancer and improve outcomes.
