First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a uterine manipulator during a hysterectomy (surgery to remove the uterus) changes sexual function 3 months after the operation. About 60 women with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, or abnormal bleeding will take part. Researchers will compare sexual function, pain, and recovery between those who had the manipulator and those who did not.
