Summary
This study tests whether giving standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin and trabectedin) after surgery can help people with uterine leiomyosarcoma stay cancer-free longer. It includes 48 adults whose tumors were fully removed but who have a high risk of relapse. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective at preventing recurrence.
