Summary

This study tests whether a natural compound called urolithin A can improve the immune response in people with solid tumors (like lung cancer or melanoma) who are starting standard immunotherapy. About 45 adults will be randomly assigned to take either urolithin A or a placebo alongside their regular treatment. The main goal is to see if urolithin A changes the types of immune cells in the blood.
