NCT ID NCT06277583
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether taking part in urban farming classes can improve the well-being of older adults aged 50 to 85. Over 24 weeks, participants learned hands-on gardening techniques, including physical activity and social interaction. Researchers measured stress levels, quality of life, and biological markers to see if the farming group fared better than those who did not take part.
