Poor posture in students linked to balance and core issues, new study finds
NCT ID NCT07577492
First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how neck position awareness, core stability, and balance are related in university students aged 18-30 with Upper Crossed Syndrome, a common posture problem from long sitting and computer use. Researchers will compare 24 students with the condition to 24 healthy students using simple tests like balance tasks and core endurance exercises. The goal is to better understand these connections to improve future treatments for posture-related issues.
