Summary

This study looked at whether upper body aerobic exercise can improve exercise capacity, muscle oxygen levels, and physical activity in adults with type 2 diabetes. Forty participants completed the trial, which measured their oxygen use during treadmill tests and a ring-placement task. The goal was to see if arm-focused training offers benefits for managing diabetes.
