Summary
This study aimed to see if a substance in the blood called uPAR could predict how well men with advanced prostate cancer would respond to the drug abiraterone. Only 3 men were enrolled before the study was stopped early, so no clear conclusions can be drawn. The goal was to find a simple blood test to guide treatment decisions.
